Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you use the GlideX Gear website or place an order with us.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change. We aim to keep information accurate, but minor errors may occasionally occur.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issue or other legitimate reason. If payment has already been taken, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Products must be used responsibly and in accordance with any care instructions provided. Tempered glass is durable but can still be damaged by severe impact, misuse or improper handling.

All website content, branding, product images, text and design belong to GlideX Gear or are used with permission and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
